Mixed media artist CLAIRE B. MARCUS conducts school and community residencies that address personal and local history. Participants use printmaking, papermaking, collage, and book formats in meaningful combinations of text and image. These art forms incorporate math, science, reading, writing, speaking, and social skills in individual and collaborative projects.
Claire has taught in pre-school –20 and in-service programs, in senior centers, and with adjudicated youth and adults.
